The Leeds and London divisions of Pathway are looking for Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants and Business Developers to aid successful expansion of the business.

Pathway operates a policy of meritocratic promotion. It’s simple, all employees begin as trainee recruitment consultants and because we operate on 100# organic growth the new trainees progress to become our future Team Leaders, Business Managers and Directors. Our own Business Manager began as a trainee and progressed to his current position in just 3 years.
Recruitment is a very target driven environment, based around reward and recognition so everyone’s performance and ability is key to their success.
To celebrate those successes we offer uncapped commission and also the industry’s most generous incentive schemes. Anticipated OTE’s are £40 - £50,000 in year one, £60 - £80,000 in year two and over £80,000 in year three. Our consultants often exceed these targets. Other individual, targeted, incentives include bespoke suits, watches, cars, holidays and entry into the infamous Club Red.
